A P2P (peer-to-peer) mock interview is a practice session where individuals pair up to simulate real job interviews, allowing them to give and receive feedback, improve their interviewing skills, and prepare for actual job interview scenarios

Mock Interview Community Guidelines

For a successful and secure P2P mock interview community within APMC, members should adhere to these key guidelines:

  1. Professional Conduct: Treat every interaction with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. This includes being punctual, prepared, and constructive in feedback.

  2. Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of your peers. Do not share any personal information or details discussed during mock interviews outside of the session.

  3. Clear Communication: Set clear expectations at the beginning of each session regarding the format, duration, and feedback style. This helps ensure that both parties benefit maximally from the experience.

  4. Positive Feedback: Provide feedback that is constructive and aimed at helping your peer improve. Avoid negative criticism that can be discouraging.

  5. Report Inappropriate Behavior: If you encounter any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior, report it immediately to the organizers. A safe environment is paramount.

  6. Use Secure Platforms: Ensure that all mock interviews are conducted on secure and reliable platforms to protect the safety and privacy of participants.

  7. Be Open to Learning: Approach each mock interview with a learning mindset. Be open to receiving feedback and using it to grow.
